Email-by-Phone is an effective and flexible Voice Response System that extends the reach of the email by making it accessible at anytime, anywhere on a telephone or a mobile phone. Email-by-Phone is a Patent Pending Product.
Access to corporate Email over phone
Email-by-Phone accesses the existing MS Exchange or Lotus Domino or Linux email Server over the Local Area Network (LAN). When a user calls a pre-designated telephone number, which is connected to the PC on which Email-by-Phone is installed, Email-by-Phone asks the user for authentication. There after, Email-by-Phone accesses the Inbox of that user and reads out the emails to the user, over the telephone. Therefore, the user does not need a PC and Internet connection to access his corporate email.

Email-by-Phone provides a wide range of functionalities over phone, some of which include listening to emails, replying, forwarding emails (including attachments), deleting emails, forwarding emails to a FAX machine, sending new emails or SMS.
